For most of us, it's Christmas Day today. Let's discuss the holiday: what it personally means to us, what gifts we may have received (or given), our favorite Christmas carols or traditions, etc.
And since it's coming up in a week's time, let's also discuss New Year's Eve/Day family traditions.

Merry Christmas everybody!! This holiday, like most others, is the time of year I pitch in with my family to help with preparing delicious meals. Today, I made gluten-free cinnabons and cranberry sauce. Both came out amazing. My dad's cooking a ton of meat because that's his speciality and boy I'm smelling it right now and can't wait to dig into it like an insatiable carnivore. Stepmom's making some yummy rice dish with mushrooms. In all I'm just so excited to be with them. I got a new winter cost that I've desperately needed to replace my old one I've had since I was in 8th grade. D:

Cute illustration, Yani! It looks like the sort of thing the Sonic gang would post if they used Snapchat (or whatever app that's supposed to be...I don't follow that stuff). As for your description of family tradition, it sounds lovely. (Thank you also for noticing and replying to my post; I'm trying to pump life into this forum.) I can't say I did much help with cooking Christmas dinner, but I did partake in ham, mashed potatoes with bacon and cheese, and green bean casserole. And I didn't receive much in the way of Christmas gifts, but I didn't specifically ask for anything so I'm not disappointed.

Let me think...I got a window blind and matching curtain rod for my apartment (because I've been living there for the past 2 years without one on my bedroom window, and the light outside the window keeps me up at night). I got a few lottery scratch-off tickets which didn't pan out. I got a document frame to house a certification I earned nearly 10 years ago but never got a chance to mount on the wall. I've been promised a new USB flash drive to replace the small-capacity one I have currently -- I just have to find the one I want and my folks will buy it for me. And lastly, I got a $50 gift card for a gasoline chain.

I got a few steam games, like Bit Trip Runner 1 and 2, NFS: Hot Pursuit remake for the PC, Geometry Dash, Sonic CD on the PC, and thats pretty much it. owo Also a 25$ gift card for Cineplex.

My Christmas was pretty great! I got Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon, Just Dance 2015, and some gift cards and general gifts things.
I am also hoping the new year brings great things to us and to the forum! I look forward to the 2015 chapter here.

I am also hoping the new year brings great things to us and to the forum! I look forward to the 2015 chapter here. I do as well. I've only seen one new member join in the past week, though. And the lack of activity even with the existing member base makes me concerned that this forum is doomed to die before we can get more members joining. I do understand that this is the holiday season and that might be the reason people aren't on their computers as often. Time will tell. But back on topic: Did anyone make any New Year's Resolutions for 2015?
