First of all, I would like to start out this thread by saying hi. It's my first time here, probably because it just got released to the public. Anyway, there was something I heard about a few days ago on Tumblr, and it looked kind of like some sort of Sonic game in 2015-2016 for the Xbox One and the PlayStation 4. I am not happy about that though because the only system I have is a Wii U D: Anyway, what would you think a 2015-2016 game would look like? Another Sonic Boom game? Something similar to Unleashed? (since it's on Xbox One and PlayStation 4, and Unleashed was on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, which I both use to have, so I got that wonderful game.) Anyway, discuss. whatever

I've never heard of this before =o! If you have a link to the tumblr post that contained the information, it'd be cool if you could link it here. If anything, I'd love another Boost-style game (Unleashed, Colors, Generations) as those were my favorite  . |

Yeah. The boosting stuff was the coolest because you could literally feel like sonic. Going too fast? Too bad. Gotta use your reflexes. they're the best games ever. Also main reason of love for Unleashed = floof

I don't think that it's going to be another spinoff: Sega already invested so much into boom, to... unsatisfactory response. It will probably be a main series game. One can only hope that it does try to go for more Unleashed-esque territory, but it most likely won't. Nobody seems to know what they want out of the series. Who knows, maybe we'll be surprised! ...Pleasantly!

Oh definitely, there hasn't been a PC version of a Sonic game for ages. (Not counting the SA2 remake)

I'm.....concerned for this game? I think that's the right word. While no doubt, I'm excited and would love to see what's being cooked up by Sega, I'm so disappointed at the fact that it's only for Xbone and Playstation Electric boogaloo 4. I don't desire either of these systems, especially since the entire premise of Xbone creeps me out. (Can't turn off microphone or camera apparently, dumb gimmicks that are invasive). Not sure how I'll make this work unless I borrow someone's Playstation. :I

My Sister's planning on getting a PlayStation 4: Turbo edition, so I'm not too bad about the game itself. However, I'm not too sure if SEGA's going to stick to a style for Sonic soon.

Honestly, I'm not holding any expectations here. Sega did a lot of things wrong this year (except for the PC port for Valkyria Chronicles and Alien Isolation...and the Sega bundle for Humble Bundle) so I'm being very, VERY cautiously optimistic.
