The reason I say most of them aren't very hard is because they are either memes or funny/awkward sayings that one would notice if they played through the game.

For example, "Find the computer room" is from ShTH, which I haven't even played, but I know who said it because of the meme. On the other hand, something like "All's well that ends well" at the end of Adventure I found funny and memorable because the entire city was flooded and obviously not "well". The others were me reaching for characters that didn't exactly have many memorable lines.

Quite a few of them require no knowledge of the game at all, as long as you vaguely know the fandom jokes. That being said, having at least looked at the cutscenes for some of the newer games (namely unleashed, colors, and generations) would be incredibly helpful if not necessary to grasp some of the others. It's more a test of how well you know the story and characters within the 3d games.
